Senior People Partner

We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join us for a 12 month FTC. Reporting into our Group People Director, you’ll take ownership of a number of areas of the business, playing a key role in delivering the People Plan, while being part of the complete lifecycle.
You’ll build effective relationships with your key stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and able to provide clear and pragmatic advice, guidance and coaching to support them in leading their teams. Using your understanding of business plans and priorities, you’ll help shape people plans and solutions that are relevant to each area. Working with the other Senior People Partner and the rest of the People Team, you’ll ensure a consistent level of support for the whole business that is able to adapt to the evolving nature of the business to ensure the right focus for our teams. Most importantly, you’ll act as an ambassador of culture, making sure people across all levels in Team Revolution live and breathe our values and truly making Revolution an amazing place to work.
We’re looking for someone with great business partnering and operational HR experience, a solid understanding of ER and the ability to build great relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Build great relationships with Senior Managers in your areas of the business that provide trust and openness. Through those relationships, use your operational people expertise to deliver guidance and support in all areas of HR, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, engagement and change management
- Ensure all people within our teams feel valued, acting as an advisor to support their journey with Revolution
- Use your understanding and expertise in your areas of the business, feedback to Senior Managers and the People Team to help inform organisational design and broader people initiatives
- Manage the recruitment of new team members, ensuring a best in class and consistent candidate experience that truly reflects our values and culture. Support managers in identifying the best talent for their teams, with the potential to grow and develop within Revolution
- Ensure all new team members have a great onboarding experience, working alongside the People Advisor and relevant manager to ensure a smooth induction to the business, including a HR induction, goal setting with their manager, 6 week HR check in and a timely and constructive probation review with their manager
- Work closely with the Senior People Development Manager to help shape our People Development plans, providing insights and feedback from the teams you work closely with
- Ensure managers actively engage in their teams development and help to shape progression opportunities and career plans
- Make sure that all employee relations issues are handled in an appropriate way, consistently and in line with the relevant legislation and guidance
- Feed into our people policies and processes to make sure they are up to date, relevant to our business and reflective of our culture and values
- Play an active role in our Wellbeing Warriors and Power the Revolution teams, helping to guide and support their initiatives will provide useful insight and feedback from a HR perspective
- Actively seek feedback from team members across the business, from onboarding to exit, to help shape our people initiatives and deliver a great employee experience
- Play a role in ensuring we are engaging, informing and recognising our people through delivering a communications plan that embeds our values and culture
- Work on projects that evolve and enhance our people experience, such as engagement surveys, reward & recognition initiatives
- Support the People budget process and ensure this is tracked and updated as plans evolve
- Aware of best-in-class external HR practices and trends to ensure Revolution Beauty are ahead of the curve in predicting future talent & leadership needs
What you’ll have:
- Previous experience within a HR Business Partner or Generalist role
- Commercially minded
- Proven experience within a global business
- Great relationship skills with the ability to influence and drive change
- Excellent analytical skills that will help inform and drive decisions
- A great team player with a one team mindset
- Bold and creative approach, willing to challenge the ‘norm’
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects alongside day to day operational People activities
- Strong knowledge of employment law and latest HR best practice
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing external providers
