National Account Executive

We are looking for a National Account Executive to be responsible for coordinating and implementing the account promotional plans and calendars, as well as supporting the Senior National Account Manager with any relevant administration tasks. To be a great fit for this role you’ll have great Excel skills, super attention to detail and be ready to dive straight in and join a fast paced, dynamic team.
What you’ll do:
- Be aware of promotional activity and ensuring all relevant administration and support is complete
- Using the retailer online sales and stock systems to ensure consistency with internal data and monitor overstocks/possible returns
- Coordinating samples for sending out to each account at key launch times
- Coordinate, submit and evaluate account specific promotions and proposals
- Liaising with the Marketing team to understand and implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accounts
- Production of stand update packs, managing coordination of this with the relevant Distributor and Merchandising Company
- Supporting National Account Managers with range reviews / trackers, stand layouts and retailer planograms (including introductions and discontinuations)
- Carrying out monthly store and pricing checks in all accounts
- Coding and checking merchandising invoices for all accounts
- Ad hoc reporting/ projects requirements as dictated by retailers and NAMs
- Data Analysis of EPOS Sales data and other ad hoc analysis as required
- Analysis of EPOS sales date for each account
What you’ll have:
- Excellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing data
- Knowledge of German or another European language is a big advantage, but not essential
- The ability to interpret data and provide insights that highlight potential opportunities for growth
- A wide business, brand and market knowledge, with a passion for Revolution
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- You’ll be proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improve
- Similar experience within the cosmetics industry is desirable
